Terms of service are subject to change/update any time, so make sure you stay updated!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GENERAL
▪ Kerano is a closed species, meaning you are not allowed to make one without permission or without an MYO slot.
▪ Give credit to the designer/artist of the kerano design. Designers retain the rights to showcase their design(s).
▪ Do not steal/copy/trace anyone else's design.
▪ You can hire someone to design your kerano(s).
▪ You are allowed to use keranos for personal and commercial use but you must credit us.
▪ You can turn other character into a kerano however, you must ask the designer first.
▪ Co-owning a kerano is allowed but let us know both usernames, it'll require both confirmation if you want to transfer the ownership to someone else.
▪ We don't condone any harassment regarding off-brand design that look similar to the Kerano species as long as they aren't claiming to be a Kerano.
▪ No refund for all slots purchased from me however, you can resell your slot(s) to someone else.
▪ Send a note to a moderator if you have changed your username.
▪ We do not allow people that engage or create harmful content in our community.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MYO slots/Adopts sales
▪ Moderator designs and guest artist designs may have different rules applied to them, so regarding payments you must follow their rules.
▪ Payments for MYO slots and designs are made in $$/USD via PayPal invoices.
▪ Payments must be made within 48 hours after receiving a reply.
▪ Once purchased, the kerano adopt cannot be refunded.
▪ Only bid/buy if you're 100% certain you're going to pay and have the money.
▪ If a kerano adopt gets charge-backed, the adopt will be put for sale again and you will be put in the blacklist.
▪ Payment plan isn't allowed but holds are allowed.
▪ All sales are final and non-refundable.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GIFT/TRADE/RESELL
▪ All parties of a transfer are responsible for knowing the species T.O.S, new owners must be made aware of this T.O.S, and will be held accountable if any terms are broken.
▪ The kerano must be listed on the masterlist and under your name for you to be able to sell, trade or gift it.
▪ Kerano designs can only be resold for the same price as they were bought.
▪ You are free to gift/trade/resell your finished kerano design/MYO slot(s).
▪ All MYO slots can be gifted/traded/resold however, do not resell a MYO slot you received for free.
▪ You aren't allowed to resell your MYO slots higher than their original prices: REGULAR - 15$ | CROSSBREED - 25$ | UNUSUAL - 35$OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MYO
▪ Regular kerano doesn't have access to other traits than the regular traits. Crossbreed kerano have access to both the regular and the crossbreed traits. Unusual kerano does have access to all traits regular, crossbreed and unusual.
▪ There is no deadline as to when you must finish your MYO slot, so take your time (unless stated otherwise).
▪ If a MYO slot has been used, it cannot be reverted back into a slot.
▪ MYO keranos must be approved by a mod first.
▪ The FTO event is ONLY for first-time owners.
▪ FTO slots can only be gifted/traded/resold to FTO. After the FTO slot has been used and is now a kerano, you can gift/trade/resell it.
▪ To send a design for approval, please fill the form below and send it to us for faster responses. Please be patient, we need time to check the design.

▪ You are allowed to redesign: the hairstyle, gender, name and small details (i.e: scars, tatoo, nail polish, etc) any time but make sure the kerano is still recognizable.
▪ You don't need an approval if you did small edits but you need an approval by our moderators if you've changed the traits or edited the main outfit.
▪ You need an item to change the traits or a different item to upgrade your kerano and have access to more traits. (coming soon)
▪ Once a redesign is approved, the previous design must be archived and cannot be actively used.
▪ Your kerano can owns as many extra outfits you'd like but must have one main outfit.
▪ Ask the original designer before redesigning their design.

▪ GA applications will be hosted in the ToyHouse world.
▪ Being a GA means you've agreed to the Kerano term of services.
▪ You'll receive 100% of the profit from the adopt.
▪ We will post your adopts but you can also post it in any of your socials but you must link our terms of service in the description.
▪ If you're chosen to be GA, we will give you around more than a month to finish your design. Make sure to be able to draw in time before applying.
▪ Failing to complete the adopt in time results in a warning.
▪ Every designs must be full-body (chibisare ok!) and off-base(s).
▪ Send us the sketch first.
▪ You are free to add extra arts like a head-shot, halfbody, props, etc.
▪ Make sure that the trait(s) are visible. (only for CB and unusual)
▪ After you're done designing, you must send your finished design for approval, we'll also put them on the masterlist.
▪ We will probably look for PA (permanent artists) in the future.
▪ A PA is a permanent artist, they can designs a kerano whenever they want however, they must send us their design(s) for approval.
▪ PA must alert us before making/posting their design(s).OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VOID
▪ Official, mod and guest artist's keranos cannot be voided.
▪ You are allowed to void a MYO kerano that was designed by you.
▪ Keranos that aren't designed by you can only be voided if you have permission from the designer.
▪ Voiding a kerano is irreversible and you must remove all traits kerano-related.
▪ Voided designs will be kept on the masterlist entry for recordkeeping purposes but will be listed as voided.
▪ You can ask to void a kerano to a moderator or via ToyHouse DMs.

▪ Fill the form in the official ownership transfer hub to transfer ownership.
▪ Make sure to transfer the kerano's ToyHouse profile to the new owner(s) after ownership has been confirmed by an admin to avoid problems.
▪ Both users require a ToyHouse account.

▪ Failure to comply with the T.O.S will result in limitations with your participation with the species. Repeated or severe offenses will result in a warning or blacklist and any applicable characters will be voided.
▪ Users who break the term of services will be given a total of 3 warnings, after receiving 3 warnings they will get banned and blacklisted from the species.
▪ Depending on your actions, they can lead you to being insta-blacklisted without needing warnings. (either temporarily or permanently)
▪ Users blacklisted from Kerano, will have all their kerano(s)/MYO slots voided and cannot be refunded.
▪ Avoid gifting/trading/selling kerano(s) to blacklisted users.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BLACKLIST
